RETURNS

Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase for an eligible return, with a receipt or proof of purchase.  All sales final after 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and must be in the original packaging.

Only regular priced item(s) may be returned.  Unfortunately, sale item(s) are final sale and are not eligible for a refund.

 

EXCHANGES 

Only defective or damaged item(s) may be replaced or exchanged for the same item(s).  For an exchange, please contact us at info@be-ecou.com.

 

REFUNDS

Once item(s) are received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed and the refund (less applicable shipping & handling costs) will be applied to the credit card used at the time of purchase or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to be posted.  If refund has not been posted after 7 business days, please check your bank account and/or contact your credit card company.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If your bank or credit card company cannot confirm the refund, please contact us at info@be-ecou.com.

 

GIFTS

If item(s) was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the recipient, the recipient will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.  Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to the recipient.

Customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs of the return.  Applicable shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.  

For exchanges, shipping time may vary, depending on customer’s location.

For shipping a package over $75, please obtain a tracking number or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee if the returned package is lost and undelivered.
